Stickera Asia Creator & Seller Agreement

This agreement applies to all sellers who open a store and sell products on Stickera Asia.

Seller Eligibility

To sell on Stickera Asia, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have the legal right to sell your products
  • Comply with all applicable laws

Seller Store

Sellers may create a store to list and sell sticker products and are responsible for:

  • Store information
  • Product listings
  • Pricing
  • Shipping policies

Product Listings

Sellers must ensure that:

  • Product descriptions are accurate
  • Images represent the product truthfully
  • Products do not infringe intellectual property rights

Prohibited items

Stickera Asia may remove listings at its discretion. Prohibited items include:

  • Stolen artwork
  • Counterfeit products
  • Harmful and/or illegal items

Order Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Printing stickers
  • Packaging orders
  • Shipping items to buyers

Sellers must ship orders within the timeframe stated in their store policies.


Payments and Payouts (Stripe)

  • Stripe Account Requirement
    To sell on Stickera Asia, you must:

    • Create and connect a valid Stripe account
    • Complete any identity verification required by Stripe
    • Maintain accurate payout details
  • Receiving Payments
    All customer payments are processed through Stripe.

    • Sellers will receive payouts after:
      • Deduction of marketplace fees
      • Deduction of Stripe processing fees
  • Payout Schedule
    Stickera Asia does not guarantee specific payout timelines.

    • Payout timing is determined by Stripe and may vary depending on:
      • Seller location
      • Account verification status
      • Transaction history

Failure to maintain a valid Stripe account may result in delayed or withheld payouts.

  • Fees
    Sellers agree that:
    • Stickera Asia may charge platform fees or commissions
    • Stripe will charge transaction processing fees
    • All fees will be deducted before payout

Fees may vary depending on the seller plan or tier.

  • Refunds and Disputes

    • Sellers are responsible for handling refunds in line with their store policies
    • In the event of a dispute or chargeback:
      • Stripe may withdraw funds from the seller’s account
      • Sellers must provide evidence to resolve disputes
    • Repeated disputes may lead to account suspension.
  • Payment Holds
    Stickera Asia and/or Stripe may delay or hold payouts if:

    • There is suspicious activity
    • There are excessive disputes or refunds
    • The seller is new or unverified

Stickera Asia acts as a facilitator of payments between Buyers and Sellers via Stripe and does not act as a bank, financial institution, or escrow agent.


Seller Conduct

Sellers must:

  • Communicate respectfully with buyers
  • Resolve disputes fairly
  • Maintain product quality standards

Repeated complaints may result in account suspension.


Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their designs. By listing products, sellers grant Stickera Asia a license to:

  • Display listings
  • Promote products
  • Market the platform

Store Suspension

Stickera Asia may suspend or close seller accounts for:

  • Copyright violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Violation of marketplace rules

Limitation of Liability

  • Sellers are responsible for their products and business operations.
  • Stickera Asia is not liable for losses arising from seller activities.

Changes to Seller Agreement

  • Stickera Asia may update this agreement from time to time.
  • Sellers will be notified of significant changes.
